NAVVIGATION – Switzerland

The relevant Swiss data protection regulations came into force on September 1, 2023.

On this date, the following entered into effect simultaneously:

 

  • the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP),

  • the new Data Protection Ordinance (DPO), and

  • the Ordinance on Data Protection Certification (ODPC).
